COUNTY OF HAWAI`I <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 99 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.25-45, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING <br />BUDGET OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2026. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI°I: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 25-45, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating <br />revenues in the following amount to the fund as set forth in Section 2. <br />Account No. Source Fund Amount <br />1010-431103 Federal Grants - Bipartisan Infrastruct Law Coastal General $ 1,901,521 <br />Zone Mgmt Habitat Protection & Restoration <br />Total $ 1,901,521 <br />SECTION 2.
