COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAPI <br />BILL NO. 101 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.25-46, AS AMENDED, RELATING <br />TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND THE FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL <br />YEAR ENDING NNE 30, 2026. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 25-46, as amended, is hereby further amended by <br />establishing the following program appropriations: <br />PROGRAM <br />Roadway Projects <br />Bridge Inspection/Repair <br />Local Road Projects <br />$ 448,066.43 <br />298,710.95 <br />746,777.37 <br />TOTAL: $ 1,493,554.75 <br />Allotments from these appropriations shall be made to specific projects, as identified on <br />Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from fuel tax revenues, in <br />excess of what was projected in Ordinance No. 23-18. <br />SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not <br />affect other provisions or application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are <br />declared to be severable. <br />SECTION 4.
