Page 21 <br />I D. A psychologist practicing into a Distant State under <br />2 the Temporary Authorization to Practice will be subject to the <br />3 Distant State's authority and law. A Distant State may, in <br />4 accordance with that state's due process law, limit or revoke a <br />5 psychologist's Temporary Authorization to Practice in the <br />6 Distant State and may take any other necessary actions under the <br />7 Distant State's applicable law to protect the health and safety <br />8 of the Distant State's citizens. If a Distant State takes <br />9 action, the state shall promptly notify the Home State and the <br />10 Commission. <br />11 E. If a psychologist's license in any Home State, another <br />12 Compact State, or any Temporary Authorization to Practice in any <br />13 Distant State, is restricted, suspended or otherwise limited, <br />14 the IPC shall be revoked and therefore the psychologist shall <br />15 not be eligible to practice in a Compact State under the <br />16 Temporary Authorization to Practice. <br />17 ARTICLE V1 <br />is CONDITIONS OF TZ12PSYCHOLOGY PRACTICE IN A RECEIVING STATE <br />19 A.
