Page 23 B . NO. <br />I Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology is terminated and <br />2 the E.Passport is revoked. Furthermore, that psychologist's <br />3 Temporary Authorization to Practice is terminated and the IPC is <br />4 revoked. <br />5 1. All Home State disciplinary orders which impose adverse <br />6 action shall be reported to the Commission in accordance <br />7 with the Rules promulgated by the Commission. A Compact <br />8 State shall report adverse actions in accordance with <br />9 the Rules of the Commission; <br />10 2. In the event discipline is reported on a psychologist, <br />it the psychologist will not be eligible for telepsychology <br />12 or temporary in -person, face-to-face practice in <br />13 accordance with the Rules of the Commission; and <br />14 3. other actions may be imposed as determined by the Rules <br />is promulgated by the Commission. <br />16 D. A Home State's Psychology Regulatory Authority shall <br />17 investigate and take appropriate action with respect to reported <br />18 inappropriate conduct engaged in by a licensee which occurred in <br />19 a Receiving State as it would if such conduct had been engaged <br />20 in by a licensee within the Home State. In such cases, the Home <br />21 State's law shall control in determining any adverse action <br />22 against a psychologist's license. <br />25-068d <br />
