COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAI`I <br />oR'xVN <br />RESOLUTION NO. 387 25 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE 2025 MAGIC OF THE SEASONS EVENT. <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation, Culture and Education Division, <br />annually hosts the week-long "Magic of the Seasons — Holiday Open House Event" at the <br />Hawaii County Building, with the 2025 celebration scheduled from December 8 to 12; and <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting funds for electrical <br />supplies, Christmas trees, and decorations; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I that <br />Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the Department of <br />Parks and Recreation for the 2025 Magic of the Seasons event. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawaii hereby <br />transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $500 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />1010-11-10191 Clerk -Council SVC — Contingency Relief <br />CREDITED TO: <br />1010-51-51702 Department of Parks and Recreation <br />Culture & Education OCE <br />530115 Misc.
