Seconded by
Mr. Onishi.
CHR. INABA: Council Member Hustace.
MR. HUSTACE: Thank you, Chair. Honored to support the Kohala Heritage
Center. If you're ever up in the Kapa`au area across the street from the
Kamehameha Statue, the Kohala Heritage Center is a newly refurbished building
that was once the old Bond Memorial Library that had gone into disrepair over the
years, and neglect. But the group there and the community members and the
volunteers have really come forward to present such a beautiful space for the
community. They have cultural displays up regularly, and it's really a welcome
and open space for community to pass on through and really step into that historic
space. Just wanted to support them as they grow and as they provide more to the
community. So, grateful for all your support on this. Mahalo.
CHR. INABA: Thank you. All those in favor of approving Resolution 367-25,
please say "aye."
Page 26
