WHEREAS, these grant awards will be funded by residential tier two property tax revenue, <br />pursuant to Section 19-90 of the Code; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAIII that, in <br />accordance with Section 2- 139 of the Code, the grant awards as identified in Exhibit A are <br />hereby approved. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this resolution <br />to the Honorable C.
