This appointment will be effective at 7:45 a.m. on November 17, 2025. Mr. Girvan is experienced with direct management of construction projects in the multi- million -dollar range. He served as Chief Engineer for 29 years at Resource Engineering, Inc. He also has ties to the Big Island and looks forward to serving our community.
