BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County of Hawaii urges the Hawaii State <br />Legislature to support and enact legislation that upholds the values of the Constitution of the <br />United States and the Constitution of the State of Hawaii regarding due process and immigrant <br />rights. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this <br />resolution to the Honorable C.
