No. 603/Bill No. 106 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 106, reports as follows: <br />Bill No. 106, transmitted by Housing Administrator Kehaulani M. Costa via Communication <br />No. 603, dated October 28, 2025, amends Ordinance No. 25-45, as amended, the Operating Budget <br />of the County of Hawaii for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. <br />This bill appropriates revenues in the Federal Grants — Emergency Rental Assistance Program <br />COVID-19 (Emergency Rental Assistance 2 Pass Through) account ($1,494,623.34) and appropriates <br />the same to the Emergency Rental Assistance Program COVID-19 (Emergency Rental Assistance <br />2 Pass Through) account. <br />Committee Member Jenn Kagiwada questioned the purpose of these funds and possible future <br />funding opportunities.
