BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Hawaii County Council hereby honors and <br />recognizes Fire Chief Todd for his lifetime of public service and his enduring contributions to <br />the safety and well-being of the people of Hawaii County and the State of Hawaii. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this <br />resolution to Chief Todd's wife, Mineko "Mika" Todd; daughter, Akane Todd; mother, Bobby <br />Jean Leithead Todd; father, Steve Todd; brother, Christopher Todd; and sister, Kathy Loving; <br />Deputy Fire Chief Daniel Volpe of the Hawaii Fire Department; the Hawaii County Fire <br />Commission; the Honorable C. Kimo Alameda, Ph.D., Mayor of the County of Hawaii; and the <br />Honorable Joshua B.
