55. According to §2-136, "public purpose" is defined as a benefit to, improvement of, or promotion of the <br />interests in the following areas. Please select all the public benefits to be derived from your County fund <br />request: <br />Culture and the arts <br />Educational concerns <br />Public health and welfare of the people and the environment <br />56. In 2,000 characters or less, describe the measurable outcomes you aim to achieve with these funds. <br />Funds provided through this grant will enable Tutu's House to engage approximately 760 participants and 100 volunteers <br />in 1,230 activities annually. With reliable technology, including a secure computer, and sufficient furniture to accommodate <br />gatherings, Tutu's House can continue offering in -person, online, and hybrid programs that foster strong social <br />connections, promote wellness, and provide equitable access to resources. Participation in Tutu's House activities is <br />expected to promote positive emotion in 60% or more of participants surveyed using a modified World Health <br />Organization WHO-5 Well-being Index. By supporting logistical and technological infrastructure, these funds will help <br />maintain a safe and welcoming environment where individuals can explore diverse approaches to health, connect with <br />others, and find resources and solutions to various life challenges. <br />
