Mukai to the Liquor Control Adjudication Board. <br />Born <br />and raised in Hilo, Mr. Mukai is a proud graduate of Hilo High School's class of 1974. He <br />went <br />on to earn his BBA in Management from the .University of Hawaii at Manoa in 1978. <br />He is the owner of Mukai Investment Group and previously served as a manager and financial <br />advisor at Morgan Stanley. <br />In addition to his professional experience, Mr. Mukai has an impressive record of volunteer <br />service in the community, government, and private sectors, including serving with Junior <br />Achievement Hawai'i, the Hilo High School Alumni Association, the Hilo Bay Rotary Club, and <br />Hui Okinawa, among many others. <br />If confirmed, Mr. Mukai will serve a term to expire on December 31, 2030.
