No. 460-26 <br />PLACE: Council Chambers <br />Kailua-Kona, Hawaii <br />TIME: 10:00 a.m. <br />Council Chair and Members <br />Hawaii County Council <br />Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 460-26, reports as follows: <br />Resolution No. 460-26, transmitted by Assistant Corporation Counsel J S. Yoshimoto via <br />Communication No. 719, dated January 28, 2026, authorizes the payment of funds of later fiscal <br />years to enter into a multi -year lease agreement for real property to be used by the Office of the <br />Corporation Counsel. <br />This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a three-year lease agreement with two options <br />to extend the lease for an additional three years at an estimated monthly cost of approximately <br />$2,600 with Joy A.
