<br />through volcano education, youth
<br />development, and digital literacy. It provides

<br />educational content, Al literacy training for
<br />through youth development,
<br />seniors and youth, real-time emergency
<br />AI, Social Media and Volcano
<br />updates, outreach events, and resilient
<br />Education
<br />communication systems, building community
<br />preparedness, technological skills, and
<br />disaster readiness across Hawaii Island.
<br />Aloha `Ilio Rescue
<br />Project will prevent family pet surrenders in
<br />$125,000.00
<br />Puna by removing financial barriers. The
<br />Puna Pet Support for
<br />program provides veterinary care,
<br />Community Recovery
<br />spay/neuter services, pet food and supplies,
<br />fence repair, behavior training, and
<br />temporary boarding, helping 75-100 families
<br />keep their pets and strengthening community
<br />resilience.
<br />Hawai`i's Volcano Circus
<br />Project will deliver an 18-month,
<br />$100,000.00
<br />community -based program in Lower Puna
<br />Red Road Resilience
<br />linking preparedness, food security, arts,
<br />Outreach
<br />education, and environmental stewardship.
<br />Centered at trusted hubs, the project builds
<br />coordination networks, hosts community
<br />events and trainings, and strengthens
<br />communication systems to increase self-
<br />reliance, leadership, and long-term resilience.
<br />Hawai`i's Volcano Circus
<br />Project develop a comprehensive emergency
<br />$42,000.00
<br />plan for all Red Road communities,
<br />Red Road All Communities
<br />integrating resilience training, cultural and
<br />Disaster Initiative: Four
<br />environmental stewardship, volunteer
<br />Drivers for Survival and
<br />response networks, and community
<br />Recovery
<br />engagement. Activities include surveys,
<br />workshops, disaster simulations, and cultural
<br />events, strengthening preparedness, recovery
<br />capacity, and long-term connection to place
<br />and tradition.
