Lunalilo <br />All of that certain parcel of land situate approximately 1,300 feet westerly of Volcano Road at Keaau, <br />Puna, Island and County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, being a portion of Royal Patent 7223, Land <br />Commission Award 8500-13, Apana 16 to William C.
