WHEREAS, leasing these Properties to nonprofit organizations for the purpose of <br /> providing affordable housing supports the County's ongoing efforts to expand permanent <br /> housing opportunities for underserved and vulnerable populations; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I that, in <br /> accordance with Section 2-120 of the Code, the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to negotiate the disposition of certain real property to nonprofit organizations as <br /> identified in Exhibit A and for the purposes hereinabove described at such rentals and on such <br /> terms and conditions and deemed proper. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this <br /> resolution to Diane T. Nakagawa, Director of Finance; and Kehaulani M.
