The amendments are <br />shown below in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution No. 474-26; material <br />to be deleted is bracketed and stricken, and material to be inserted is underscored. Due to the <br />limited scope of these amendments, a copy of the new draft of this resolution that would result if <br />they were adopted is not attached. <br />1. Resolution No. 474-26 is amended by amending the sixth WHEREAS clause to read as follows: <br />"WHEREAS, as a result, HBMC wishes to use a portion of the Property to be designated <br />by the County as parking space for its employees, agents, officers, contractors, representatives, <br />and volunteers for a period of time not to exceed December 31, [2926-;] 2M and" <br />2. Resolution No. 474-26 is further amended by amending the enacting clause to read as follows: <br />"BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAVI that, <br />pursuant to Section 46-7 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter <br />into an agreement with the State of Hawaii, Hilo Benioff [Medclal] Medical Center, for the <br />purposes hereinabove described." <br />Thank you.
