The Applicant shall comply with all requirements of Section 25-6-30 through 25-6-39 of <br />the County of Hawaii Zoning Code, as amended, relating to Accessory Dwelling Units. <br />All earthwork and grading shall conform to Chapter 10, Erosion and Sedimentation <br />Control of the Hawaii County Code. <br />A National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and an <br />Underground Injection Control (UIC) permit, if required, shall be secured from the State <br />Department of Health before the commencement of construction activities. <br />K.
