An annual progress report shall be submitted to the Planning Director prior to the <br />anniversary of the effective date of this amended ordinance. The report shall include, but <br />not be limited to, the status of the development and compliance with the conditions of <br />approval. This condition shall remain in effect until all of the conditions of approval have <br />been satisfied and the Planning Director acknowledges that further reports are not required. <br />[-T-.]V. If any conditions have not been completed by the deadline, the planning_ department shall <br />inform the Applicant that the ordinance is null and void without further action by the <br />County.
