The deed and resolution <br /> have an erroneous description of the property which needs to be <br /> corrected. The deed and resolution are too broad in the amount <br /> of land covered and also may have been worded incorrectly as far <br /> as its authorization for the person executing the deed on behalf <br /> of the Ainaloa Community Association.
