Public health outcomes will be measured through heat mitigation strategies to protect kOpuna and keiki, including the strategic placement of shaded seating and hydration stations throughout the event footprint to reduce heat exhaustion risks and increase dwell time for multi -generational families. Economic impact will be evaluated through the provision of a high -traffic marketplace for 40 or more local businesses, with success measured by 100% Hawaii -based vendor participation. By leveraging CRF for essential infrastructure, vendor as are kept accessible, allowing local entrepreneurs to maximize earnings and sustain the micro -economy.
