KIMBALL <br />DENNIS "FRESH" ONISHI <br />REBECCA VILLEGAS <br />RE: Resolution No. 515-26 A Resolution Urging the Governor of the <br />State of Hawaii and the Superintendent of the Department of Education to Prioritize and <br />Expedite the Repair and Restoration of Konawaena High School, Konawaena Middle <br />School, and Ke Kula `O `Ehunuikaimalino Following Damage Caused by the Recent <br />Kona Low Store, Using Available State Emergency Funds. <br />Pursuant to Section 2(g) of Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the County of <br />Hawaii, this written request is submitted with my approval that the above -referenced matter be <br />waived from the Committee on Governmental Operations and External Affair to the full Council <br />for immediate action. In reviewing this matter, timely approval is crucial. It is therefore <br />advantageous that approval is granted, and the matter be placed onto the next Council agenda for <br />review.
