52. According to §2-136, "public purpose" is defined as a benefit to, improvement of, or promotion of the <br />interests in the following areas. In 2,000 characters or less, describe the measurable outcomes you aim to achieve with these <br />funds. <br />Event Attendance: 3,500+ individuals (20% increase from the previous year). Geographic Reach: 15% increase in <br />participants from North Hawaii. Lantern Purchase: 900-1000 for memorial participation. Awareness of Service: 15% <br />increase in referrals for services. Resource Engagement: 30% increase in online engagement post -event, including <br />social media engagements. <br />
