In 2,000 characters or less, describe the measurable outcomes you aim to achieve with these <br />funds. <br />The project will result in measurable improvements in both musician development and community access to live <br />orchestral music. Orchestra members will demonstrate increased skills and confidence, measured through pre- and <br />post -project musician surveys. Public outcomes will include free community concerts in Ka'u, providing residents with <br />greater access to live orchestral performances. Together, these outcomes will demonstrate strengthened artistic <br />quality, increased participation, and expanded cultural access for the Ka'u community. <br />
