COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAI`I <br />RESOLUTION NO. 563 2G <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE KEKUAOKALANI GYMNASIUM <br />FLOORING PROJECT IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 7. <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation provides the public with many <br />diversified recreation programs in our park facilities and gyms that address the needs and <br />interests of the community in a safe and well -maintained environment; and <br />WHEREAS, Kekuaokalani Gymnasium in Council District 7 serves as an important <br />community recreational facility, and its flooring is in need of repairs to ensure safe and continued <br />public use; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I that <br />Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to the Department of <br />Parks and Recreation for the Kekuaokalani Gymnasium flooring project in Council District 7. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawaii hereby <br />transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $18,145 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />1010-11-10191 Clerk-CouncilSVC— Contingency Relief $18,145 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />1010-51-50502 Department of Parks and Recreation $18,145 <br />Parks Maint OCE <br />530110 Repairs to Facilities <br />(Kekuaokalani Gymnasium Flooring Project — <br />Council District 7) <br />
