SECTION 4. Article IV, section 4-2, of the Charter of the County of Hawaii (2024 <br />Edition), is amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 4-2. Organization. <br />The activities under the direction and supervision of the [mayel ] county manager <br />shall be distributed among such agencies established by this charter or as may be <br />established by ordinance of the county council. [New functions may be assigned by the <br />mayef to existing ]" <br />SECTION 5. Article IV, section 4-3, of the Charter of the County of Hawaii (2024 <br />Edition), is amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 4-3.
