............. <br /> �'i <br /> •,��... .•.. <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAI`I :• '= '�:- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 571 2G <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PROVIDE A GRANT TO WEGO! <br /> FOUNDATION, INC., TO ASSIST WITH EXPENSES FOR THE 2026 HAWAI`I <br /> INTERNATIONAL FUTSAL CUP. <br /> WHEREAS, WeGo! Foundation, Inc., is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose <br /> mission is to provide a support network for athletically talented and needy youth from <br /> underserved homes in the community and help them pursue their passion and become productive <br /> citizens; and <br /> WHEREAS, WeGo! Foundation,Inc., is requesting funds to assist with expenses for <br /> youth and adult participant shirts,which will serve a public purpose by benefiting, improving, or <br /> promoting the public health and welfare of the people and the environment;now,therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I that, in <br /> accordance with section 2-139(a)(2)(C) of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as <br /> amended), Contingency Relief funds from Council District 9 are hereby transferred to the <br /> Department of Liquor Control to provide a grant to WeGo!
