No. 862/Res. No. 550-26 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 550-26, reports as follows: <br />Resolution No. 550-26, transmitted by Mayor C. Kimo Alameda via Communication No. 862, dated <br />April 9, 2026, authorizes the payment of funds of later fiscal years for the funding of cost items <br />associated with the Hawaii Fire Fighters Association, Bargaining Unit 11, and certain other <br />employees excluded from Bargaining Unit 11 for the contract period beginning July 1, 2025, and <br />ending June 30, 2029. <br />The estimated costs over the four years of the new contract resulting from across-the-board increases <br />would be $25,292,860. <br />Committee Member Ashley L.
