No. 798/Res. No. 503-26 <br />Your Committee on Legislative Approvals and Acquisitions, to which was referred Resolution <br />No. 503-26, reports as follows: <br />Resolution No. 503-26, transmitted by Director of Public Works Wesley R. Segawa, via <br />Communication No. 798, dated March 18, 2026, accepts the dedication of a roadway lot identified <br />as Lot 7-A-2, being a portion of the property identified as Tax Map Key: 2-8-007:085, situated at <br />Pepe`ekeo and Makahanaloa, District of South Hilo, Island, County, and State of Hawaii. <br />The landowners seek to dedicate the roadway and all improvements for public road purposes. <br />Committee Chair Heather L. Kimball shared that the property identified is located within Council <br />District 1, which when fixed, provides the easement already being used as access between Highway <br />19 and Old Mamalahoa Road.
