No hard copies will be accepted. <br />Applications to be submitted through the Department of Research and Development's <br />Impact Grant Portal, which will be posted on the Department's Grants webpage. <br />Reporting Requirements <br />Legislative report due to DBEDT by November 27, 2026. <br />Monthly reporting to DBEDT: <br />• Monthly Progress Reports: Submitted every first Monday of the Month, covering the <br />prior Month, including the metrics as follows: applications received, in progress, <br />approved, denied, and grant amounts paid by ZIP code, NAICS code, gender, and <br />ethnicity. <br />Contract Term: <br />All activities and expenditures to be completed by March 31, 2027. <br />
