Bird <br />Deputy Police Chief <br />RE: ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 25-45, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING <br />BUDGET OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING DUNE 30, <br />2026 — INCREASE AWARD FUNDING FOR JAG-SRT CAPABILITY ENHANCEMENT <br />D 7�01 <br />Enclosed is an Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 25-45, as amended, the Operating Budget for <br />the County of Hawaii for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2026, to increase the award amount <br />for the JAS-SRT Capability Enhancement grant by $35,023.00. <br />The Hawaii Police Department is requesting a waiver of Finance Committee. In addition, we <br />are also requesting a deadline breach in order to make the June 3, 2026, Council meeting.
