EXHIBIT A <br />Kilauea Recovery Grant Program Year 3 <br />May 2026 <br />ADDITIONAL RECOVERY AND RESILIENCE NEEDS <br />Organization and Project <br />Project Description <br />Grant <br />Amount <br />Pohaku Pelemaka <br />Project will deliver an 18-month, <br />$100,000.00 <br />community -based program in Lower Puna <br />Red Road Resilience <br />linking preparedness, food security, arts, <br />Outreach <br />education, and environmental stewardship. <br />Centered at trusted hubs, the project builds <br />coordination networks, hosts community <br />events and trainings, and strengthens <br />communication systems to increase self- <br />reliance, leadership, and long-term resilience. <br />P6haku Pelemaka <br />Project develop a comprehensive emergency <br />$42,000.00 <br />plan for all Red Road communities, <br />Red Road All Communities <br />integrating resilience training, cultural and <br />Disaster Initiative: Four <br />environmental stewardship, volunteer <br />Drivers for Survival and <br />response networks, and community <br />Recovery <br />engagement. Activities include surveys, <br />workshops, disaster simulations, and cultural <br />events, strengthening preparedness, recovery <br />capacity, and long-term connection to place <br />and tradition. <br />Sub -Total of Awards for Additional Recovery & Resilience Needs <br />$142,000.00 <br />
