No. 908/Res. No. 575-26 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 575-26, reports as follows: <br />Resolution No. 575-26, transmitted by Finance Director Diane Nakagawa via Communication <br />No. 908, dated May 13, 2026, authorizes the acceptance of all donations of securities or personal <br />property not covered under the capitalization procedures of the Department of Finance that are <br />received during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027. <br />This resolution provides County Council pre -authorization for the County to accept donations that are <br />not covered by the Finance Department's capitalization procedures for Fiscal Year 2026-2027. <br />Finance Director Diane Nakagawa was present and provided a brief overview of this measure. <br />Committee Member Ashley L.
