Please select all the public benefits to be derived from your County fund <br /> request: <br /> Educational concerns <br /> Public health and welfare of the people and the environment <br /> Victims of health or social crises <br /> * <br /> 47. In 2,000 characters or less, describe the measurable outcomes you aim to achieve with these <br /> funds. <br /> The measurable outcomes FFR aims to achieve through this conference include a greater understanding of how the <br /> stresses of first responder careers impact intimate relationships, improved communication skills, more effective <br /> conflict-resolution strategies, greater relationship satisfaction,and an increased ability to handle job-related stress <br /> through stronger support at home. FFR believes that strengthening the home base will also lead to greater job <br /> satisfaction, improved retention rates,fewer sick days, and stronger overall resilience in the workplace. <br />
