He is a member of South Hilo Rotary Club, the Portuguese <br /> Chamber of Commerce and the Kalanianaole School PTA. Mr. Souza <br /> is a member of the Republican Party. <br /> If approved, Mr. Souza will serve a term to end December 31, <br /> 2001.
