<br /> Mr. Tully suggests that CFS should not hire individuals who were
<br /> defendants in the Burke case when they are not convicted of any
<br /> wrongdoing. To do so would be illegal. CFS does not discriminate ua its
<br /> hiring practice and seeks to hire qualified people who are trained and
