Page 3 My research of the area and its physical attributes and assets, in addition to my special type of financial expertise, has yielded our Hui with some terrific concepts for development of the communit}~ properties which the Park committee seems to have sway over. 1 have also indicated vex}' brief descrip- tions of my concepts in the following enclosures, however, the full concept I would really enjoy introduc- ing at the December or January General Membership meeting, or to }'ou in person at your earliest conve- nience. Luchau seems to be bent on going out and begging for mone}' from governmental agencies «~hich basicall}• puts us under another type of receivership with a mountain of papern ork to go with it. According to the concepts 1 have developed, ~~•e could not only conform to the Master Plan in exciting and new wa}'s, but also make a substantial amount of income for both the Hui and the individual property owners by relying on the shills, expertise and involvement of our own property owners, instead of outside clubs and political organizations. According to the method of development and free enterprise I have a solid perspective on, we are not in an all-or-nothing situation as Luchau would have you believe. At any rate, please do review the enclosed material as I am certain that Luchau is ver}• selective in what information he passes on from committee to you. I do plan on fort~•arding this same information, including a copy of this letter, to any pertinant individuals who may have a concern in this matter.
