BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The Fire Department currently operates its Naalehu EMS ambulance <br /> unit from a house rented from Ka'u Agribusiness. The Department <br /> was notified that this rental will no longer be available in the <br /> future and is being sold. The Department has located another <br /> rental in Naalehu in an accessible location. The prospective <br /> lessor indicates that he requires at least a two-year lease <br /> commitment from the County.
