The number of hales in <br /> the first increment shall not exceed the number of units of water which aze <br /> available and have been committed to the subject properties by the Depaztment of <br /> Water Supply. <br /> (C) Any further development of hales shall occur only when sufficient county water <br /> becomes available by construction of on- and off-site water system improvements <br /> or an alternate water system. All improvements shall meet with the requirements <br /> of the Depaztment of Water Supply and shall be installed prior to Final <br /> Subdivision and/or Plan Approval for the applicable portion of the development.] <br /> ~B~ Water for the proposed development shall meet with the approval of the <br /> Department of Water Supply.
