This change in district classification is conditioned upon the following: <br /> <br /> The applicant, its successors or assigns shall be responsible for complying with all of the stated <br /> <br /> conditions of approval. <br /> (A) The applicant, its successors or assigns shall be responsible for complying with all <br /> of the stated conditions of approval. <br /> [(B) The subject properties shall be developed in increments. The number of hales in <br /> the first increment shall not exceed the number of units of water which aze <br /> available and have been committed to the subject properties by the Depaztment of <br /> Water Supply. <br /> (C) Any further development of hales shall occur only when sufficient county water <br /> becomes available by construction of on- and off-site water system improvements <br /> or an alternate water system. All improvements shall meet with the requirements <br /> of the Depaztment of Water Supply and shall be installed prior to Final <br /> Subdivision and/or Plan Approval for the applicable portion of the development.] <br /> ~B~ Water for the proposed development shall meet with the approval of the <br /> Department of Water Supply. The required water system shall be implemented <br /> prior to receipt of final subdivision approval or occupancypermit for the proposed <br /> units. <br /> ([D]C) The required water commitment payment shall be submitted to the Department of <br /> Water Supply in accordance with its "Water Commitment Guidelines Policy" <br /> within ninety (90) days from the effective date of this ordinance. <br /> -4- <br /> <br />
