REQUEST: <br /> (1) Amendment to Ordinance No. 00-64 to revise the coat for the <br /> PUAINAKO STREET EXTENSION project. This request is to cover the <br /> Federal funded portion, which will be reimbursed. Appropriate an <br /> additional $9,500,000 which will increase coat from $12,800,000.00 <br /> to $22,300,000.00; (Account No. 110-399-5391.25-115). <br /> (2) Amendment to Ordinance No. 00-64 for additional County <br /> appropriation of $2,200,000 to supplement the request for additional <br /> Federal appropriation. This will increase cost from $3,600,000.00 <br /> to $5,800,000.00; (Account No. 110-399-5391.26-115). <br /> B.
