The Land Use Concept Map retains the azea for a Double Farmly Residential- <br /> 3,750 square foot (RD-3.75) zonmg. <br /> 9. County Zoning: Single Family Residential (RS-10). <br /> 10. SMA: The subject property is not located within the Special Management Area It ~s <br /> situated over one half Hole from the nearest coastlme. <br /> <br /> DES iPTION OF PROP .RTY ND S ROUNDIN = RF.A <br /> 11. Subject Property: The rectangulaz shaped property has been improved with the existing <br /> 2-story residence, lawn landscaping and fruit trees <br /> 13. FIRM: Zone "X," azeas determined to be outside of the 500-year flood. There aze no <br /> drainageways through the property. <br /> 14. U.S.D.A. Soil Type: Kesukaha extremely rocky muck (rKFD) series, 6 to 20 percent. <br /> This soil type consists ofwell-drained, thin orgamc soils overlymg pahoehoe lava <br /> bedrock.
