There are many other portions <br /> along this street, such as m the area of the County park fronting <br /> the St Joseph's school, where the views would be unfettered <br /> Thus, the public view impact of the mountain would not be impaired <br /> by the conversion of this structure for office use <br /> s <br /> <br />
