COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 41 01 <br /> NAMING OF STREET IN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, STATE OF HAWAII. <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the County of Hawaii is authorized to adopt the street names of <br /> unnamed roadways in the County of Hawaii pursuant to Section 22-35, Article 2, Chapter 22, Hawaii <br /> County Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its regular meeting of December 15, 2000, approved <br /> the name for the certain unnamed roadway within Pa`au><lo Homesteads, Hamakua, Hawaii; now <br /> therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that said roadway, <br /> as indicated on Exhibit "A" of this Resolution, be named as follows: <br /> Antone De Luz Road - after Antone De Luz, one of the original settlers of this <br /> Homestead.
