O1 8 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br /> (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1 Chapter 24, amcle 10, division 5, section 24-280, schedule 28 (No pazlung <br /> at anytime), subsection (c) South Htlo, item (132), of the Hawaz`i County Code 1983 (1995 <br /> edition), is amended to read as follows <br /> (132) Punahoa Street, makaz side, begmnuig from a point two hundred [nine] <br /> sixty-seven feet Hamakua of Mamo Street to Fumeaux Lane. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 6, section 24-288, schedule 36 (Freight <br /> loading zones), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), as <br /> amended, is amended to read as follows• <br /> (c) South Hilo <br /> (1) Banyan Dnve, beginning at a point one hundred eighty-two feet <br /> west of the Hilo Hawazian Hotel entry dnveway and extending <br /> forty-four feet in the westerly direction <br /> (2) Fumeaux Lane, makai of Keawe Street, Puna side, twenty-five <br /> feet <br /> (3) Hualalai Street, Puna side, directly in front of the St. Joseph School <br /> Cafetena <br /> (4) Kalakaua Street, Puna side, mauka of nnna*ned pnvate land <br /> between First Hawazian Bank and Hawaz`i Natronal Bank, twenty <br /> feet. <br /> (5) Kamehameha Avenue, mauka side, from a point twenty feet <br /> northwest of Shipman Street and extending fifty feet in the <br /> northwesterly direction <br /> <br />
