We are told this right of way was <br /> established on paper back in 1967 for the purpose of traffic to reach the Belt Highway from Waianuenue <br /> as an extension from Komohana. <br /> We would like to propose that [he County remove this right of way cutting through a portion of quiet <br /> residential Reeds Island and instead be placed more realistically off Akolea Road in Piihonua where there <br /> is already a road across the river.
