Taguchi ahaut the subject property. <br /> After reviewing our available finances, the County of Hawaii, <br /> for and on behalf of the Hawaii Police Department, submits an <br /> offer to purchase Taz Map Reys: 3rd/2-4-25:44 and 46 for a <br /> total purchase price of One Hundred Seventy Five Thousand <br /> dollars ($175,000.00). The offer to purchase is subject to the <br /> following: <br /> 1. The availability of Asset Forfeiture Funds; <br /> 2. Authorization to acquire the subject properties and <br /> approval of its funding source by the Council of the <br /> County of Hawaii; <br /> 3. Approval of the sale of the subject properties to the <br /> County of Hawaii for the Hawaii Police Department by the <br /> United States Bankruptcy Court; <br /> 4. That the subject properties shall be free and clear of all <br /> encroachments, liens, encumbrances, mortgages and the like; <br /> 5. That the subject properties shall be free and clear from <br /> any and all easements, rights-of way, reservations and the <br /> like that may unduly interfere with the use of the subject <br /> properties for the future ezpansion of our Hawaii County <br /> Public Safety Complez; and <br /> 6. That this offer to purchase may be withdrawn upon a thirty <br /> (30) day written notice of the County of Hawaii's <br /> intention to withdraw said offer to purchase. <br /> <br />
