COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 325 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COUNTY OF HAWAII GENERAL PLAN AS <br /> ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 89-142 AND AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE <br /> NOS. 90-71, 91-48, 91-72, 91-131, 92-115, 93-10 and 93-11. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. The County of Hawaii General Plan Land Use <br /> Pattern Allocation Guide Map is hereby amended to redesignate <br /> approximately 29,489 square feet of land, identified by Tax Map <br /> Keys 2-1-3:24 and portion of 23 known as the "Ice House" on the <br /> Waiakea Peninsula, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, from "Open" to <br /> "Resort". <br /> All as shown on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A". <br /> SECTION 2. If any provision of this ordinance or the <br /> application thereof to any person or circumstance is held <br /> invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions of <br /> applications of this ordinance which can be given effect without <br /> the invalid provision or application, and to this end the <br /> provisions of this ordinance are severable. <br /> SECTION 3.
