COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION N0. <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance No 95-17 was duly enacted on January 25, 1995; and <br /> WHEREAS, said Ordinance mandates that the prosecuting attorney shall establish <br /> salary schedules for deputy prosecuting attorneys, Grades LG-1 and LG-2, <br /> within a range between fifty percent (50%) and ninety percent (90°~) of the <br /> salary established for the prosecuting attorney; and <br /> WHEREAS, the annual salary of the prosecuting attorney was duty established in <br /> accordance with law on July 1, 1993 at $74,064.; <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that deputy prosecuting attorneys, Grades LG- <br /> 1 and LG-2 shall be paid at rates of compensation as set forth in the following <br /> <br /> schedule at the pay grade fixed and established by Section 2-145 Hawaii County <br /> <br /> Code, and Ord. No 95-17, effective January 25, 1995. Deputy prosecuting <br /> <br /> attorneys shall be placed at their existing pay grade level unless such <br /> <br /> placement would result in a decrease of salary. Under the latter condition, <br /> <br /> affected deputy prosecuting attorneys shall be placed at the next highest pay <br /> <br /> grade level equal to or greater than their existing salaries. <br /> <br />
