COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 6'7 U1 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING SALARY ORDINANCE NO. 00-65 TO DELETE THE TIME ELEMENT <br /> <br /> OF THE COUNTY PHYSICIAN AND ASSISTANT COUNTY PHYSICIAN CLASSES OF WORK <br /> WHEREAS, Section 3-13, Hawaii County Charter, provides for interim amendments to the <br /> Salary Ordinance to be made by resolution, and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 7 of Salary Ordinance 00-65 lists the classes of work and compensation <br /> <br /> for persons employed by the County other than those whose pay is otherwise provided for, and <br /> WHEREAS, time element refers to individual positions and their appropriated salaries <br /> regarding full-time equivalency hours of employment <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> that Section 7 02(a) of Salary Ordinance No 00-65 be amended as follows <br /> Section 7 02(a) COUNTY PHYSICIAN <br /> OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT <br /> 1 County Physician [(1/2T)] A-18 <br /> 2 Assistant County Physician [(1/2T)] A-17 <br /> [3 Assistant County Physician (1/4T) A-17] <br /> Ordinance material to be repealed rs bracketed <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be transmitted to the Office of <br /> Management, the Director of Finance, and the Director of Personnel <br /> <br />
